Status of Precision SOHO Tower on Sohna Road

What is the status of Precision SOHO Tower on Sohna Road:

People must be wondering what's wrong with Precison SOHO Tower construction. Except the some digging, nothing much has happened. Let me give you some highlights per my conversion with People in Gambhir Housing Society.


1. The High tension Power grid tower has already been shifted which was not an easy task given the government agencies involved. Though the tower has been shifted but the position of tower is not accurate or not as per the initial plan. So it is impacting the original approved layout thus requires some modification specially the external walls etc. But no impact on the building design & layout.


2. So now the layout is pending for yet another government approval which is expected soon.

3. As soon as the approval is received, construction will commence.

4. The construction will be done at a fast pace to reduce some of the delay. One good news is that Highway in front of SOHO Precision Tower looks very beautiful & made the place look really nice & worth the price. Somehow I feel that delay is for our good as we want others developments to happen & have good locality around before we get possession. So all is not bad.
